like list.
Well, I wanted to try to make at least one post a day, and I’m failing already. I came up with something simple enough. A photo list of things I like/love/ at this moment.
This could get random. Hope it’s not toooo boring.

Marionettes. I want to find one to hang from my cieling actually, like an old vintage one. Something dolly like. I have been toying with idea of creating a Halloween costume from this. We’ll see….

This hairstyle. It’s my favorite, and yes, it’s from my computer game The Sims 3. I’m a loser. I attempted it on my own hair a couple weekends ago, and while it was not exact, I was pleased. It will be a re occurring ‘do!

Thigh high boots that I purchased last week with money from eBay sales. I got the email yesterday that were finally shipped! They will require a night out dancing asap.

What I wore today, and Wardrobe remix blogs, and photo sets on flickr. I love seeing how people put stuff together. It’s great for inspiration, or just fun to see different people’s different styles.

Fall! My favorite season when it comes to clothes! Tights, boots, sweater, jackets, scarves. i Love Layerssss.
eBay listing.
So, I cleaned out my closet a bit more last night, and plowed through listing some items as much as I sort of despise it (or am just too lazy for it) Started everything at .99 cents.
Nephew.
Seriously, register and vote for my super cute nephew once a day. You cannot resist his toothless face. He’s amazing.
And, in return you get a sneak peek at his rarely posted on the internet way cute face, which is a treat in its own right, so really, I’m helping you out…

Target.
So, I admit I have been a bit of a Judgy McJudgerson about the Anna Sui Target line. I felt looked too cheap for the prices they were asking. I had came to this horrible judgement after only seeing the dresses on the Target website.
Today, I ventured to Target on my lunch break, and for the first time got a face to dress look at some of the line. I was especially excited to see that the 2 dresses I had favored from the website were still available close to my size. The Website photos do not do some of the dresses justice. I do still feel some look way cheap for what they cost, and am not a fan. But these 2 looked MUCH nicer in person. And I grabbed the last largest sizes available and headed to the fitting room.

Now, I’m unsure if it’s that this style of dress in particular is just NOT meant for my body type, or if I need to finally come to gripps with the fact that I really shouldn’t be shopping in the Juniors’ department at age 27… I think the dresses are very cute. But, there is no way I could wear them, nor would I care to spend the money on them… I realize they would be somewhat cuter on, with some opaque tights, or an blouse underneath. But, I still think I’d be reaching if I thought I’d look great. I am having an issue with the first dress. Because I love the tweed like fabric with the studs. I Love studs, period. But, I think it makes a great mix… sigh.
Anyway. I left the dresses with the fitting room attendant, and took this Mossimo sweater to the checkout line:

I’m really in love with it. I am pretty gaga over cowl neck tops and dresses currently, and I love grey, and the pockets! perfect.
Maybe I’m just not as daring as I thought I once might of been? eh.
Decisions, decisions…
So, I’v really been wanting a pair of Taupe patent heels for sometime now. And, I think I’m about to make the purchase. Sadly, it won’t be for the Steve Madden Blush patent Trinite pumps or the Aldo Taupe Moos pumps, since I can’t spend $90 plus dollars on them, nor am I sure I want to.
So, the decision is between these 2:
A) $35.

or B) $25.

I could use some help deciding.
Creation.
Sooooo, Starbucks brought back the Pumpkin Spice last week. This means Autumn!!! Which means, TIGHTS, and of course skirts!!!!
Anywho, I felt a little motivation come on this evening, and I went with it. Here is the result:

I love skirts! And Forever 21′s and even Urban Outfitters skirts are usually wayyy too short for me. These seem to be a bit more acceptable for a girl my size. Believe it or not, the first 2 are too big for me! Never happens. With my mediocre sewing skills, I seem to always measure wrong and make things too small. Tonight=win!
I really feel I mastered the technique for this realllly simple skirt. Each one took less than 10 minutes! I can’t wait to pick up some more fabric and fly with it. Be warned I will be in a lot of skirts in the coming months. This works out since I’ve gained weight and can’t fit into most of my jeans right now
